Born with a pencil in hand, I would sit for hours and draw, paint and craft. Always encouraged by my parents to "not follow the rules" when it came to anything creative gave me a great base to learn things my own way, my own style. I am thankful everyday for this freedom they allowed me. I tried many different mediums, and always came back to pencils and paint.
I excelled in Visual Arts at school, being in the top 2% in my senior years of higher school. This should have paved the way for a great start to my art career, instead I hid my work away for years and years.
