Memories of my childhood often revolve around time in the garden. My Mum always had a beautiful garden, as did many of my relatives. It was always where I would head to to make believe, or build a cubby house. Flowers always were "food" for my dolls, or decorations for my house made from sheets flung over the back fence.

So, this piece is a little memory of childhood fun in among the flowers where we could be whoever we wanted for a short while…until we were called in for dinner.
